Key Responsibilities
• Act as a trusted legal advisor to cross-functional teams-including Sales, Finance, People, Operations, and Engineering-delivering strategic counsel on a wide range of business initiatives.
• Lead and support complex commercial transactions, including corporate investments, joint ventures, licensing arrangements, and other strategic partnerships.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements with vendors, suppliers, partners, and customers, including international and region-specific contracts.
• Balance legal risk with business objectives, offering clear, actionable guidance that aligns with company goals.
Preferred Experience
• Substantial in-house legal experience within high-growth or technology-driven companies.
• Demonstrated expertise in structuring and negotiating sophisticated commercial agreements, including the ability to develop contracts from scratch.
• Familiarity with corporate governance, compliance frameworks, and regulatory reporting requirements.
